Courtyard by Marriott Penfield Begins Renovation Project

- Renovations to Hotel Expected to be Complete by End of Year -

Rochester, NY – EJ Del Monte Corporation, owner and operator of 9 Marriott hotels in the Rochester area, announces that a $1.5 million dollar renovation project has started at the Courtyard by Marriott Penfield.

Once renovated, the hotel, located at 1000 Linden Park, will sport re-designed guest rooms featuring new bedding, contemporary desks, chairs and sofas, new carpeting and wall coverings. In addition, there will be a re-designed lobby, featuring a 24 hour snack and beverage service called ‘The Market’ and a fitness facility.

Courtyard by Marriott Penfield was built in 1994 and has 95 rooms on five floors. Renovations are expected to be complete by the end of the year.
