E.J. Del Monte Corporation Creates Wellness Committee

Rochester, N.Y.—The E.J. Del Monte Corporation, operator of nine local Marriott hotels, announces the formation of a new wellness committee. The committee is responsible for promoting health initiatives to its hotels and corporate office.

An associate from each hotel, as well as associates from the corporate office, participate in the committee. They meet once a month to brainstorm, evaluate and implement programs that will promote healthier lifestyles. So far, the group has implemented programs such as Eat Well, Live Well and The Great American Smoke-out.
